The company is considering closing the operations of its dental clinics, totaling 7 branches — 6 in upcountry areas and 1 in Bangkok — due to ongoing losses and no sign of improvement. The clinics have been operating at a loss for an extended period. This decision is intended to positively impact the company’s long-term performance.
The company has entered into lease agreements to expand its branches in two provinces: Trang and Chumphon, in line with its strategy to expand in high-potential areas. It has also renewed lease agreements for two existing high-potential branches: Rangsit and Ratchaphruek. In addition, the company has signed construction contracts for the Chaengwattana and Trang branches, with a total contract value of 23.26 million baht.
The company continues to implement the LDC The Next Normal strategy (Cost Reduction and Upgrading), with plans to halt loss-bearing operations to avoid long-term financial burden. There have been changes to lease agreements for two branches, as the company successfully negotiated a rent reduction, and the lessors agreed to lower the rental fees in line with the cost reduction plan. Additionally, the company has upgraded the appearance of the branches to make them look more modern and appealing.
